Q: What is required at the installation process?

You need to have the serial number to complete the installation process.

   
Q: Where is the serial number?
A:

When you purchase the download version of the product(s), the serial number is delivered to you with the email for the confirmation of the order.

   
Q: What are the system requirements for SecuExpress modules?
A: Please click here the system requirements at SecuExpress product pages.
   
Q: How do I install SecuExpress modules?
A: Please click here for the SecuExpress installation processes pdf file.  But you must have Adobe® Reader installed first before reading it.
   
Q: Do I have to install SecuExpress Player separately?
A: No, you do not.  When you install SecuExpress Watcher or SecuExpress Remote for PC, SecuExpress Player is installed automatically.
